Jim Randle
A senior management professional with over 43 years of experience in
corporate, entrepreneurial and educational environments.  Jim worked
for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company for 22 years, managed a team
of 10, and was responsible for the overall success of the Aero Supplier
Diversity Program.

Jim helped hundreds of small businesses sell to Lockheed and was
responsible for many successful Mentor-Protégé Programs.  From 1997
until Jim’s retirement as Supplier Diversity Senior Manager in December
2004, the Aero Supplier Diversity program earned ‘Highly Successful’
ratings from the SBA and DCMA. In the 2004 Customer review, SBA
commented that the Aero Supplier Diversity Program had all of the
elements of a model supplier diversity program. Before joining Lockheed,
Jim taught marketing education, economics and other business courses
to high school juniors and seniors.

Jim’s areas of expertise include supplier diversity program management,
business development, education, training, strategic planning, team
building, supplier and customer relations.  He is proficient at
developing, implementing and presenting innovative and effective
training programs in a variety of fields.

Jim holds an Education Specialist degree, Master’s degree, Georgia
Teacher Certification and a B.S degree in Marketing Management. Jim is
a U.S. Navy veteran.

Tom Martinez
A motivated professional with a proven track record of successful
Federal Contract and Subcontract Management. Tom is a U.S. Air Force
veteran, encompassing a 23 year career with 12 years as a Warranted
Contracting officer. Tom has a thorough knowledge of the FAR/DAR with
advanced knowledge of Federal Supplier Diversity programs and
policies.

Tom has demonstrated ability in executing Federal programs from cradle
to grave. He is an expert negotiator and communicator with excellent
relationships with DCMA, DCAA and SBA representatives.

Other areas of experience include proposal preparation, price analysis,
award documentation, supplier diversity program management,
business development, creation of successful strategic plans. He is a
small business entrepreneur forming Government Acquisition
Principles, and has worked for Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopter, Carter &
Burgess Engineering, Alliance Tech Systems and Bell Helicopter Textron,
Inc.

Tom holds a BSBM degree from the University of Phoenix with a 3.5 GPA.
Federal Contracts Training includes Management of Defense Acquisition
Contracts, Organizational Contract Administration, Principles of Contract
Pricing, Negotiation Strategies and Techniques, Base Contracts
Administration, Government Contract Law, Defense Small Purchasing and
Quality Assurance Training. Clearances held: TS - inactive since 2010.
