Jim Randle
A senior management professional with over 42 years of experience in corporate, entrepreneurial and
educational environments. Jim worked for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company for 22 years, managed a
team of 10, and was responsible for the overall success of the Aero Supplier Diversity Program.
Jim helped hundreds of small businesses sell to Lockheed and was responsible for many successful Mentor-
Protégé Programs. From 1997 until Jim’s retirement as Supplier Diversity Senior Manager in 2004, the Aero
Supplier Diversity program earned ‘Highly Successful’ ratings from the SBA and DCMA. In the 2004 Customer
review, SBA commented that the Aero Supplier Diversity Program had all of the elements of a model supplier
diversity program. Before joining Lockheed, Jim taught marketing education, economics and other business
courses to high school juniors and seniors.
Jim’s areas of expertise include supplier diversity program management, business development, education,
training, strategic planning, team building, supplier and customer relations. He is proficient at developing,
implementing, and presenting innovative and effective training programs in a variety of fields.
Jim holds an Education Specialist degree, Master’s degree, Georgia Teacher Certification, and a B.S degree in
Marketing Management.
