Jim Randle formed the Small Biz Advocate Group in January 2005 to help small businesses sell to government prime contractors and to help large businesses develop, manage and sustain compliant supplier diversity programs!

Jim retired from Lockheed Martin and led a team of supplier diversity professionals across the Aeronautics Sector. He was responsible for ensuring the Sector's compliance with corporate and Department of Defense (DoD) small business goals and performance. He developed small business policies and procedures, education and training programs, coordinated outreach events, developed small business partnering initiatives, was responsible for internal and external government reporting and coordinated the Sector's DoD Mentor-Protege Program.     

In all, Jim has over 48 years’ experience in supplier diversity program management, compliance, education, training, business development and marketing and helping businesses achieve their goals. 

Jim also worked part-time for the Northwest Native American Procurement Technical Assistance Center for 3 years and for Cross Timbers Procurement Technical Assistance Center for 5 years from 2009-14, as Prime Contractor and Veteran Advocate.

Jim served in the U.S. Navy from 1968-1975.
